The Hayes Family

I was excited when Sarah contacted me before summer even started to get a date on the calendar for fall family pictures, and had I known that our session would also involve adventures on a pontoon boat, I would have been even more excited. This family was so fun and kind, and these sweet kids were so polite. I can't imagine a better summer send-off than an afternoon with these wonderful folks.

The DeDoes Family

This kind and beautiful family invited me to capture some memories as they're preparing to say goodbye to the place they've called home for so many years. You can tell that this home is filled with a lifetime of memories -- of birthday parties and fun on the lake and wedding celebrations -- it's clearly a special place. It's an honor to share in this part of their story.

Elijah | One

I'm giving you fair warning that this post is a long one. I've been friends with Kim and Al for over ten years, all the way back to high school dinner theater. They moved up north a few years ago for a job, which is both terrible (since I only see them a few times a year) and pretty okay (since they let me come and stay with them for the best long weekends). Two became three last year with the birth of their son Elijah, who is the happiest little stinker I've ever had the joy of chasing around. I'm already looking forward to hanging out with this bunch again.
